Hoodinly does not promise access to private social-media groups, private accounts, password-protected pages, or information that a source does not make available to Hoodinly.

Information submitted through a Hoodinly customer’s guest form, scheduling page, guest portal, or publication workspace will be available to that customer and its authorized users.
For example, if a person requests to be interviewed through a newspaper’s Hoodinly form, the submitted information will be provided to that newspaper.
B. Service providers
We may use vendors to provide:

Artificial intelligence;

Brave Search or SerpAPI when configured for source discovery; and
Other vendors needed to operate Hoodinly.
These providers may process information for the purpose of delivering services to Hoodinly, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

A customer may direct Hoodinly to interact with an external service, such as:

Information sent to an integration is also governed by that provider’s privacy practices.

Organization owners and administrators may access and manage:

Users should understand that their organization controls access within its Hoodinly workspace.

Voitrai Media, LLC does not sell personal information for money through Hoodinly.

Hoodinly may disclose information to service providers, contractors, payment processors, and customer-authorized integrations as necessary to operate the service. These operational disclosures are not intended to constitute a sale of personal information.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Hoodinly uses artificial intelligence to help customers review and organize information.
AI-assisted features may:

Hoodinly should not be used as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning a person.
Customer-configured data
AI-assisted processing may involve information contained in a customer’s workspace. The customer is responsible for determining whether that processing is appropriate and lawful.
AI training and product improvement
Hoodinly does not use customer content to train publicly available artificial-intelligence models.
We may use limited, aggregated, de-identified, or customer-authorized information to:
Evaluate Hoodinly;
Improve performance;
Diagnose errors;
Improve search quality; and
Develop new Hoodinly features.
Hoodinly does not intend to permit third-party AI providers to use customer content for unrelated model training except where expressly disclosed, contractually permitted, and authorized.
This section should be reviewed against the current settings and agreements of each AI provider used by Hoodinly.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
Cancellation does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of customer content. Hoodinly may provide a restricted-access or retention period before deletion, as described in the applicable service agreement.

Hoodinly uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

When someone uses a Hoodinly-powered form:
The submission is delivered to the applicable Hoodinly customer;
The customer determines whether and how to respond;
The submission may be evaluated with AI-assisted tools;
The information may be added to that customer’s guest records;
Uploaded material may be stored in the customer’s workspace; and
The customer may use the information for editorial, scheduling, relationship-management, or related purposes.
Submission does not guarantee:
An interview;
Publication;
Coverage;
Approval;
A response; or
Any particular editorial outcome.
Customers should provide their own supplemental privacy notice where required.
17. Publicly Available Information and Sources
Hoodinly may help customers monitor public sources.
The fact that information is publicly available does not necessarily mean it may be used without restriction.
Customers remain responsible for:
Evaluating source reliability;
Respecting copyright;
Following platform terms;
Verifying information;
Respecting privacy and publicity rights;
Avoiding unlawful surveillance;
Avoiding improper profiling; and
Using public-source information responsibly.
Hoodinly may preserve:
The original source URL;
Publication date;
Source name;
A summary;
Classification information; and
Other metadata needed to provide the service.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
Hoodinly may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
Examples may include:
Public websites;
Social networks;
Calendar providers;
Video-conferencing services;
Payment providers;

Podcast services; and

Voitrai Media, LLC does not control the privacy practices of these third parties.

Hoodinly is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

21. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. There is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals.
Where required by applicable law and technically supported, Hoodinly will recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for relevant processing.
Because Hoodinly does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, these signals may not materially change Hoodinly’s current practices.
22. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Voitrai Media, LLC may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

For example, if a person requests to be interviewed through a newspaper’s Hoodinly form, the submitted information will be provided to that newspaper.
B. Service providers
We may use vendors to provide:
Cloud hosting;
Database services;
Authentication;
File storage;
Artificial intelligence;
Email delivery;
Payment processing;
Search services;
Error monitoring;
Customer support;
Analytics;

OpenAI for AI-assisted processing, transcription, embeddings, and content generation;

Other vendors needed to operate Hoodinly.
These providers may process information for the purpose of delivering services to Hoodinly, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

A customer may direct Hoodinly to interact with an external service, such as:

Organization owners and administrators may access and manage:

Users should understand that their organization controls access within its Hoodinly workspace.

Hoodinly may disclose information to service providers, contractors, payment processors, and customer-authorized integrations as necessary to operate the service. These operational disclosures are not intended to constitute a sale of personal information.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Hoodinly uses artificial intelligence to help customers review and organize information.
AI-assisted features may:

Hoodinly should not be used as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning a person.
Customer-configured data
AI-assisted processing may involve information contained in a customer’s workspace. The customer is responsible for determining whether that processing is appropriate and lawful.
AI training and product improvement
Hoodinly does not use customer content to train publicly available artificial-intelligence models.
We may use limited, aggregated, de-identified, or customer-authorized information to:
Evaluate Hoodinly;
Improve performance;
Diagnose errors;
Improve search quality; and
Develop new Hoodinly features.
Hoodinly does not intend to permit third-party AI providers to use customer content for unrelated model training except where expressly disclosed, contractually permitted, and authorized.
This section should be reviewed against the current settings and agreements of each AI provider used by Hoodinly.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Hoodinly may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion before being overwritten.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
Cancellation does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of customer content. Hoodinly may provide a restricted-access or retention period before deletion, as described in the applicable service agreement.

Hoodinly uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

When someone uses a Hoodinly-powered form:
The submission is delivered to the applicable Hoodinly customer;
The customer determines whether and how to respond;
The submission may be evaluated with AI-assisted tools;
The information may be added to that customer’s guest records;
Uploaded material may be stored in the customer’s workspace; and
The customer may use the information for editorial, scheduling, relationship-management, or related purposes.
Submission does not guarantee:
An interview;
Publication;
Coverage;
Approval;
A response; or
Any particular editorial outcome.
Customers should provide their own supplemental privacy notice where required.
17. Publicly Available Information and Sources
Hoodinly may help customers monitor public sources.
The fact that information is publicly available does not necessarily mean it may be used without restriction.
Customers remain responsible for:
Evaluating source reliability;
Respecting copyright;
Following platform terms;
Verifying information;
Respecting privacy and publicity rights;
Avoiding unlawful surveillance;
Avoiding improper profiling; and
Using public-source information responsibly.
Hoodinly may preserve:
The original source URL;
Publication date;
Source name;
A summary;
Classification information; and
Other metadata needed to provide the service.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
Hoodinly may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
Examples may include:
Public websites;
Social networks;
Calendar providers;
Video-conferencing services;
Payment providers;
Email providers;
Podcast services; and
Publishing platforms.
Voitrai Media, LLC does not control the privacy practices of these third parties.

Hoodinly is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

21. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. There is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals.
Where required by applicable law and technically supported, Hoodinly will recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for relevant processing.
Because Hoodinly does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, these signals may not materially change Hoodinly’s current practices.

Voitrai Media, LLC may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:
